About Us

Amexum’s consultants have developed multi-megawatt solar projects in the sectors we seek to service (residential, commercial, institutional, Industrial). They draw upon 80+ years of agricultural experience/ property ownership, and have established relationships for licensing clean water resource technologies.

Over 50 years of manufacturing process development, and facilities design experience uniquely position Amexum to succeed. Our consultants have contributed over 20 patents that require development, manufacturing, and deployment for AUA Initiatives.

We emphasize that Amexum provides consultants, offering their individual services as such. HOWEVER, we has a truly unique business model that allows Amexum to assemble its Associate Consultants into project teams for servicing client needs- whether it be turn-key, or special projects (called AUA Initiatives).

In each case, we navigate according to our...

Mission:
Create innovative solutions for communities and businesses that help revitalize urban and rural communities.

Vision: Provide sustainable solutions that support self-sufficiency, energy independence, and clean water resources.

Objectives: Create community awareness/ownership, and sustainable jobs. Inspire growth with innovative business endeavors, relevant training, technical support, and financial investment. Target areas where there is a need for:
  • Urban revitalization,
  • Localized food sources,
  • Adaptive rural industry,
  • Less governmental dependency, and
  • Survival through economic downturns
To help meet that end, AUA is a certified Community Development Entity (CDE). This is a nationwide certification for the US Treasury's
New Market Tax Credits Program. Amexum may leverage these tax credits to secure partially debt-free capital, among other models. Our mission and vision mandates that these funds be used to develop solar and other sustainable projects in low income and rural areas. The goal is to augment the transition of these areas into self sustaining communities.

We encourage progressive community and business stakeholders to contact us so that we may present our business models and identify where our endeavors have synergies.
